What happened
On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] finished running bags for [REDACTED] and came to the OSM office and stated his back hurt from the number of bags he has had on each of his flights I then asked if hes needed medical attention or an ice pack he refused both but took an Ibuprofen that I offered. He then stated he doesnt plan to miss any work because of the pain and he wanted to continue working his shift but he might see a doctor after work to see if he can get muscle relaxers for the pain. He stated the cause of the pain was due to being understaffed and not having enough people for the number of bags. Later at approximately [REDACTED] I checked up on him and offered an ice pack this time he accepted.
