What happened
On the inbound [REDACTED] flight DL356 at [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] Employee sustained an injury to the left wrist while connecting a bag cart to the bag tug. The injury occurred as he pulled the bag cart with the right hand into position and used the left hand to twist the tow hitch into a locked position. During this process Employees left wrist made a distinct crack pop sound. Within minutes Employee experienced extreme pain and could no longer bear weight on the wrist. The pain is noticeable only when twisting or bearing weight on the left wrist with no discomfort in a neutral position.
