What happened
ALA [REDACTED] was offloading [REDACTED] from the rear bin. He grabbed a black suitcase with both hands made steps to place it at bottom shelf of the bag cart and felt a popping and stinging on his right shoulder. He noticed the bag was heavier than the normal 50lbs but without a heavy tag. He continued offloading and dropped off the bags at [REDACTED] with the help of his peers. [REDACTED] he started to notice more pain.
