At the time MWAA airport cleaners were scrubbing the floor with an automatic scrubber which made the surface wet. As a result [REDACTED] slipped and bruised her left knee and leg. [REDACTED] offered to call the paramedics however she declined. At [REDACTED] [REDACTED] notified the DCA leadership team. At [REDACTED] [REDACTED] contacted [REDACTED] to do a wellness check. At [REDACTED] Safety Coordinator [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] participated in a VAT assessment with VAT Specialist [REDACTED]. VAT Specialist [REDACTED] recommended continuous icing to alleviate the pain.
