What happened
[REDACTED] was attempting to place a large hard sided gun case onto the over- size belt. He entered the code for the door and then leaned the case against the door to hold it open. [REDACTED] then tilted the case onto the belt and then bent over to grab the handle at the bottom of the case to slide it onto the belt. He felt a sharp pain in the center of his lower back after the movement.
