What happened
[REDACTED] who was scheduled to work the bag room reported an incident. Agent was loading checked bags from the carousel onto the baggage cart for flight [REDACTED]. During this process he handled a bag labeled as 'heavy ' weighing around 70lbs from the carousel. After placing the bag onto the baggage cart Agent experienced discomfort in his lower back. He also stated he was with incorrect body posture during the heavy lifting process. He acknowledged that his positioning wasn 't ergonomic and he could have better executed the task. Despite the discomfort Agent continued with his duties and worked two additional flights.
