Handling - Scale to Bag Belt

[REDACTED] was assisting in the baggage drop line. After he tagged the customers bag he turned to place the bag on the belt and felt an instant pain in his hip. He then felt his foot slide and started limping. [REDACTED] continued feeling pain while working at the ticket counter with a pain level of 7. [REDACTED] failed to report his pain to the leader on duty as he felt this could be a result of sleeping on the floor at home. [REDACTED] felt he could walk it off with OTC remedies and First Aid at home. [REDACTED] about [REDACTED] his pain level continued and [REDACTED] contacted the ambulance to transport him to ER. ER conducted scans and determined no significant or major injury. Medical team advised his cause of pain was a result of a pinched sciatic nerve. ER released [REDACTED] with prescriptions for pain management and to return to work in 2 days if pain does not persist.
