What happened

[REDACTED] [REDACTED] was offloading a 400 lb. wheelchair with his team. [REDACTED] Josue [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] [REDACTED] were removing the wheelchair from the belt loader to place on the ground when [REDACTED] [REDACTED] felt a stretch and heard a pop in his back. After this he continued to feel tightness in his back throughout his day but did not feel pain. When he felt tightness in his back [REDACTED] felt it was normal soreness he feels from the job duties. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] went home for the day and when he got in his car he felt a sharp pain like a needle in his back. As [REDACTED] was exiting his car he felt the pain carry from his back down to his right leg. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] then informed OSM [REDACTED] via email at [REDACTED] of the pain he was experiencing that he would be calling in for his double and the need to see a doctor.
