What happened
Patient became aggravated and combative while trying to reorient patient and keep them from tearing off their heart monitor IV 's and from getting up from bed; patient grabbed my right wrist attempting to squeeze assisting RN was able to release his grip patient then grabbed my left wrist squeezing it while attempting to shove me away and then pulling my arm.
