What happened
Myself and a CNA were helping a patient roll to fix linen underneath patient. While doing so I noticed they needed an mepilex on their coccyx due to having bony prominences. Patient was not able to help stay on his side so the CNA and I had to assist placing him on his side. I bent over to place the mepilex with my right hand and holding the patient up with the left hand (the bed was raised as well). I stood up and felt instant sharp shooting pain in my lower back. I went out of the room and sat down. I was not able to stand straight up without the sharp shooting pain returning.
