Daily duties of HUC desk over 8 and [REDACTED] hour shifts scheduled in long blocks of hours such as: 56hrs [REDACTED] [REDACTED] - [REDACTED] 10. 61hrs [REDACTED]. 80hrs [REDACTED] 18. 72hrs [REDACTED].

All workstations including the HUC desk are just set upon a counter at fixed height with zero ergonomic protections with the exception of a mousepad with a small wrist rest. As a former 911 dispatcher this workstation setup is fine for nurses who come to the station to chart momentary and get up and move around to tend to patients. This station is not designed to be sat at for 8 to 12 hours at a time for up to 80 hour blocks at a time with no ergonomic protections in place between the workstation itself or the chair elevation setup.

Increasing right arm pain from start date indicated what is believed to be intensifying tennis elbow as long as pain in right shoulder rotator cuff. The pain has gone from a mild nuisance that would be relieved with NSAIDS to unable to raise my right arm
