Before the incident

I was sitting with the patient and the patient was sleeping when i arrive to the room.around11[REDACTED] the patient was starting to become restless and start repeating pushing the call light and speaking into it like it was a phone. I approach the patient and ask if I can help him he didn 't respond to me and started pulling the sheets off the bed I notice blood on the bed from his IV that came out due to aggressive movement. he got on his hands and knees in the bed and start yelling. i try to calm him down and he grab me by my arm and it was a struggle between us .he was very strong. I was trying to reach for the light but was unable to reach it when one nurse walk in to help and he grab her as well pulling her towards him into the bed. so I am now trying to help her from his grips and all the nurse from the 4 sooth unit and security ran in to help wrestle him down to get him into restraint. i started feeling sharp pain in my arm. one of the nurse notice me hold my wrist and ask if I
