What happened
I was cleaning and emptying the laundry bag that was overly full and while removing the bag to put in the shoot and due to the weight the bag was to heavy and strenuous on my wrist and caused it to lean the wrong the way while lifting the bag and it caused a sprang. I continued on my day and the pain started to get worse.
