Before the incident
Employee had just finished stretching with the group. It was a nice day so stretching was held outside in the parking lot. This is a normal practice during the summer months.
What happened
The employee had finished stretching and walked away from the group to eat some blackberries on the corner of the property. When they turned around they saw that most of the group had already almost made it back to the building. They started to jog to catch up and tripped on their shoelaces resulting in a fall.
