What happened
2-6-2023 - While tightening the jam nuts on the secondary bushings of a pad mount transformer that was to be installed the wrench [REDACTED] was using to tighten the jam nut slipped and caused his hand to collide with the hardware on an opposite secondary bushing. The force was great enough upon impact that it caused a minor laceration to [REDACTED] 's thumb which requires medical treatment. [REDACTED] was evaluated at Medstar Health in [REDACTED] where he received three stitches for his injury.
