Changing out a ATS cabinet

On [REDACTED] @ [REDACTED]- [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] contacted [REDACTED] Foremen [REDACTED] to inform him of an injury that he sustained while executing his assignment. Mr. [REDACTED] stated that as he was attempting to create a knockout hole into an ATS cabinet the rotational motion as well as the momentum of the power drill interacting with the metal surface caused him to loosen his grasp on the handle of the power drill. As a result the power drill spun of his hand striking him in the chin which generated a small laceration. Mr. [REDACTED] informed Mr. [REDACTED] that he was enroute to urgent care to confirm whether or not if the injury warranted treatment beyond First-Aid (ex: stitches sutures medication). No further information is available at this time.
