EE was attempting to remove a finished polished cylinder.

Cylinder did not release when prompted to. EE used a tool to tap on the cylinder holder. The EE was holding the back of the cylinder with one hand the cylinder became disconnected. EE lost balance and as he attempted to catch the front of the cylinder with his other hand the cylinder crushed his hand in between the metal base bar and the cylinder.
