While on above MCI run [REDACTED] was at the head of patient while lifting to the stretcher with assistance of PD and Partner. Patient 's shoulders had partly slipped through his hands causing him to have to readjust while moving down front porch stairs. As soon as patient was loaded into the truck he noticed a sharp pain in the bicep elbow area of his left arm. Following run he noticed some limited mobility with pain on extension and rotation. Took Tylenol to manage pain swelling. Spoke to [REDACTED] informed he would write up OJI if condition worsened. Following that run it was painful to hold even a coffee cup in his left arm and pain had significantly worsened.
