EE alleged that as he was walking through the shop to go on break he felt something in his left eye. He went to his car to take his break. He continued to have an irritation in the left eye. He went to the rest room and washed his eye. He still felt irritation so he went to the plumbed eyewash station and rinsed the left eye and used an irrigation bottle to rinse the left eye. He still felt something so he notified his supv. and the HSE Manager.

Left eye cornea abrasion prescription directed.
