What happened
The employee heard meat dropping inside of spiral 1 so he stopped the spiral conveyor in the freezer and used a ladder to go inside the spiral freezer. The employee then proceeded to take the ladder inside so he could reach the top to clear the jam of meat. As he was coming off of the ladder he slipped on some ice inside of Spiral 1 on the floor causing him to stumble. As he stumbled his right forearm came in contact with the edge of one of the panels that are around the spiral causing a laceration.
