Removing tire from chassis
What happened
Employee was working in the Canopy replacing damaged tires from the chassis. While he removed the outside tire and later trying to pull the wheel separator from the axle. He was using a tire pry bar to remove the separator from the axle and while pulling it slips and hit back his right-hand wrist. At the moment he fell the pain from the bar hitting him but no swelling was notice at that time.
