What happened
The EE was standing outside the side door of his truck when he went to retrieve the package from the inside of the truck. While trying to retrieve the package from the truck the EE was still standing on the steps of the truck and reaching over to move the package. The EE tried to move the package in front of the stairs so that once he stepped down he would be able to grab the package once on the ground. He stepped back onto the pavement that was wet due to the rain lost his balance and fell backward.
