What happened
The box that the employee placed on the shelf was about 62 in height and was not stable and fell onto the EE 's leg whenever he removed his hands from the box. It fell down and scraped the EE 's shin. The EE nor his supervisor can recall what product it was that fell but can confirm that the box weighed less than 10 lbs. The EE provided first aid to himself. [REDACTED] the EE noticed that his foot was swollen and requested medical treatment.
