Before the incident
The associate was inside the chill room using a hand scraper to scrape gum build up off the chill drums.
What happened
The hand scraper slipped out of the associates hand and landed on the tracking roller belt below. The Associate went to retrieve the scraper. While retrieving it the broken blade touched the associate 's fingers which was then pulled by the rollers.
