Before the incident
Alloy mechanic was moving a new bushing atop a rolling trash can when one of the wheels caught on something and caused the can to tip over.
What happened
The mechanic fell on top of the trash can and then rolled to the floor. he immediately felt an extreme pain in his right leg that prevented him from getting up. The plant ERT was called and the employee was transported via ambulance to the local ER where he was diagnosed with a hamstring strain.
