What happened
Employee was helping to loosen a bolt on the [REDACTED] B press. Another employee asked him to put pressure on a bolt so that it could be removed. Rather than use a tool to hold the bolt employee used his hand to try and hold the bolt. When the other employee used an impact to loosen the bolt the bolt spun in his hand ripping through his glove and causing a laceration on his palm close to his thumb. Upon further inspection the end of the bolt had been broken
