Employee was using pallet jack to load large totes of F&B onto the lift gate of his truck at a customer location. As the pallet jack went over the lip between the loading dock and the lift gate the nose of the pallet jack fell downward and the pallet jack jerked upwards. The handle of the pallet jack jerked the employee 's hand spraining his knuckles.
