On [REDACTED] while changing a coil on Press 6 the operator felt a pain in his left palm. He was wearing proper PPE. When he removed his gloves there was a small cut on his palm. He didn 't think much of it and continued to work. On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] he felt the pain from the injury was getting worse and was beginning to swell. On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] he missed work and saw a doctor. The doctor could not resolve the issue and referred him to a specialist for [REDACTED] [REDACTED] 3. Specialist assigned work restrictions starting 11 3. [REDACTED] (11 1) he says the pain is making it difficult and he does not think he can do his job.
