Investigating foreign material on a bin of rubber. He was bending over to take a picture of the label on the side of the bin.

Forklift driver entered the same bay with double stacked bins on front of the forklift checked his side blind spots and then pushed the bins in forward. At this same time the manager stepped in to bend down and take a picture of the label on the bin...which caused his right lower leg to be caught between the two bins.
