What happened
EE and another EE were working in the continuous room. They were working on the beef presser discharge screw. The venturi piping fell (piping right off the choke). There was a big piece of metal in the screw. They were trying to loosen the metal with a pry bar causing the piping to fall and strike EE on the lower back.
