What happened
EE was trouble shooting the poultry centrifuge as it was clogged (in the blood room feather room at [REDACTED]). He put air in the line and the air was flowing. As he felt the line was clear he released the main valve and the pressure in the line forced the tallow to splash EE in the upper back neck and bilateral shoulders resulting in hot thermal burns.
