What happened
EE went up on gray platform to check the mixer and then stepped off the platform and the left foot slipped out from under her and she landed on her left elbow backside and head hit the floor. EE did get a cut on the elbow and swelling of the elbow and arm and has a headache from hitting the floor. EE did go to the clinic to be evaluated.
