What happened
EE was packing on bagger 16 they were on their way to place finished boxes on a pallet to finish the final layer. When the packer started walking towards the pallet their foot got caught on an empty pallet that was placed down to replace the nearly finished one. EE tripped landing on their right elbow they also hit their head on boxes in the area. Incident was reported to supervisor EE was brought into team leads office. EE had proper safety shoes on and did not require medical attention. EE was able to return to work.
