Before the incident
Employee attempted to move the spreader between the lower bar the paint line carrier flipped and struck the worker 's head.
What happened
An employee had positioned a paint line carrier and lowerator bar on a rolling table. The employee was crouching near the rolling table to place an Enerpac hydraulic spreader between the lowerator bar so that a paint line carrier could be inserted between it. When the worker attempted to move the spreader between the lower bar the paint line carrier flipped and struck the worker cutting the worker 's left side of the head.
