Welding lifting parts

Employee came to me [REDACTED] stating she had a doctor 's appointment for her shoulder. The employee stated she was feeling pain and could not lift the shoulder past a certain height. The employee stated she thinks it may be from lifting the front and back plates in her station. This was the first I have heard about an issue and was told about her shoulder being in pain. After her appointment the employee was placed on restrictions with shoulder tendentious. The EHS department is investigating if this is truly a work-related diagnosis.
