Using pressure hose to clean cooker.
What happened
Employee was washing down the cooker with a Byron pressure hose when Gun got stuck on as the employee was trying to get gun to shut off the water pressure hit the cooker guard and threw the gun back into her face hitting her mouth and water went into her eye. her upper lip did have some minor swelling and a small cut on the inside upper right side. right upper cheek also shows some swelling from her safety glasses being pushed into cheek bone.
