Before the incident
[REDACTED] was working at the [REDACTED] laser. Just before his incident he was unwrapping plastic wrap off of a pallet of parts.
What happened
While unwrapping part for the laser [REDACTED] 's left eye began to feel funny like something had fallen into it. When [REDACTED] told [REDACTED] about it [REDACTED] flushed out his left eye in the wash sink. The feeling subsided and [REDACTED] returned to work. The [REDACTED] [REDACTED] complained that his eye was worse so he was taken to the clinic where he was diagnosed with a corneal abrasion. A prescription was given to prevent infection.
