What happened
EE was using the barrel lift and putting barrels in [REDACTED] Tier 3. He had put a barrel in the rick and was adjusting another barrel on the lift. The barrel that he had just put into the rick rolled back and fell out of the rick hitting him on top of the head and knocking him back into the rick on the other side of the isle. He also hit his head on the rail of the rick on the other side.
