EE was standing on a platform ladder attempting to clear a jam on an overhead conveyor in the CCP area The ladder moved as she extended beneath the railing and toward the jam To prevent a fall she grabbed for the conveyor framework but her right hand contacted the end of a wire tray The wire tray cut her finger and she fell to the floor landing on her feet and rolling her ankle
