Before the incident
Employee was prepping for cip of the thermal skid. The employee went to ensure that the chemicals were full before they began. While checking the oxonia barrel employee realized that is was not pumping. The employee began to prime the pump at [REDACTED] until [REDACTED] when the chemical sprayed out of the pump and a droplet got on her face.
