What happened
EE was performing a tank sanitation on tank 648 during task employee felt an electrical shock through her body while attempting hook up hose. The pump being used was vogelsong pump #1 which was taken to the maint shop for inspection. The electrical outlet that the pump was plugged into was locked out. Needs to be investigated
