What happened
Employee was removing a 4-gallon expansion tank from the ceiling while working off a ladder. Due to the tighness of the area the employee was unscrewing the 4-gallon tank with his right hand while substaining it with his left. As the tank detached from its holder the employee cuaght it overwhelming his left hand and rupturing his bicep tendon.
