Before the incident
He was attempting to change a piston out and when he pulled it up cheese had blew out and on him.
What happened
The temperature of the cheese is about 190 degrees(hot fill). It caused immediate redness and blistering. Once the cheese was wiped off some skin was peeling. Area was cleaned and burn gel applied to injured area. Workcare called and instructed employee to be seen in the emergency room.
