[REDACTED] was pushing the mobile platform to the grinder. He smashed his right pinky finger between the mobile platform and cheese lift. [REDACTED] came and got me his supervisor right away and we went into the production office where he sat down he began to turn pail and fainted for a couple seconds causing him to fall out of his chair I then called [REDACTED] and requested an ambulance [REDACTED] was taken to Freeport Memorial hospital.
