Radiology procedure

I was on call and was asked to scan an inpatient for a renal ultrasound and bilateral venous leg ultrasound. Patient BMI was 78.5 (235kg). Scan time was from [REDACTED].Started having pain in right shoulder and elbow during the beginning of the venou s test. Elbow and shoulder felt fatigued dead when I was done scanning and I have had pain since especially in my right elbow. My left elbow also felt fatigued after the exams but it felt better with rest.
