I was squatting down in a patient room to put socks on a patient. When I squatted down my knee popped which they normally do but my right knee didn 't pop and it had pressure in it like it needed to pop. I was unable to get up from the squat position to st and so I had the other nurse in the room help me get up. It was a little sore but didn 't think anything of it it was swollen but wasn 't bother some right away. The [REDACTED] the swelling didn 't go down and the pain got worse so I went in to get checked o ut.
