What happened
After packing off logs on the cook line and then packing logs back onto the line at the end of the shift he had pain in the elbow up to the shoulder in his right arm stated that it feels off. Went home and slept for the day and when he woke up he had pain and some swelling. Stated that he has pain from his pinky up to his shoulder when fully extended. Dull pain when not extended. [REDACTED] was contacted and evaluated him over the phone. [REDACTED] suggested that he self care and he refused to do so and is going to go to his doctors in the morning.
