The patient was going to sit on side of bed and have snack. The patient was not supposed to get up. I sent a nurse to grab the patient some milk. Patient got confused thought he needed to grab his own snack. He stood up and i told him to sit down. He los t balance tumbled over caught him on my right hand side . I was able to get him upright and prevent him from falling but during process injured my shoulder
