What happened
Sharps stick incident while assisting Dr. with a colpocleisis case. Lonestar retractor was in place while I was assisting in performing a cystourethroscopy. The lonestar retractor hooks were left dangling beside the area we were working in and I was not aware removed cystoscope and was stuck with the hook.
