[REDACTED] Operator was removing residual double-sided tape from the layon roll on the [REDACTED] with a Teflon spatula. The tape did not release and the operator attempted to remove the tape with their hands from the layon roll. The operator 's right hand became caught in the nip point between the layon roll and nip roll pulling the hand into the gap. In response the Operator attempted to use their left hand which also became caught in the nip.
